UPDATE: Bolton Community Improvement Plan (CIP)

Bolton Street Shot

On April 5, 2011 Caledon Council adopted a report which will see the approval authority for CIP Financial Incentive Grant Programs be delegated to the Treasurer. The Treasurer will only approve applications that have received unanimous recommendation from the CIP Review Panel.

This will reduce the processing time of completed Grant Applications to approximately two weeks.

The Financial Incentive Grant Programs provide an opportunity for the Town of Caledon to promote redevelopment, revitalization and beautification in the community.

Therefore, there is a great potential benefit for Bolton's industrial and commercial property and business owners who apply for the CIP Grant Programs to assist with the cost of their improvement projects.

For more information regarding the Bolton CIP, CLICK HERE, or contact Sandra Dolson, Economic Development Officer at sandra.dolson@caledon.ca or by calling 905.584.2272 x4152.
