Fall is in the air and the Northwoods is past peak. The dusty smell of the leaves tells us that cold winter weather is not far behind. We've gotten in a lot of new yarns and magazines with pattern ideas for your holiday knitting.

Joe's Puzzle of the Month
Joe's Puzzle of the Month
James recently moved to his first brand new house.
When he arrived there he discovered that the builder had forgotten something.

James popped down to the local DIY shop to ask about the prices. Luckily the items are quite reasonably priced.

7 cost $1.00, 10 cost $2.00 and 100 cost $3.00.

What had the builder forgotten and
how much will 210 cost
?

Tip of the Month
Sometimes hand-dyed yarns will turn your hands the color of the yarn-this means the yarn is over-dyed. Don't worry the fix is easy. Just finish the project and soak the item in a 50-50% solution of vinegar and water. Empty the water and re-soak until the water remains clear.
