"Civil Theft" continues across the USA Sometimes a theft is not a theft
Sometimes it is a civil matter. We continue to see more and more "thefts" that are either civil matters or turned into civil matters by law enforcement and our judicial system. This week we have had numerous phone calls asking for help or advice in our office. There may be a "civil theft" ring in one of our states. Others are talked out of their horses or give their horses to a "good forever home" only to find out they were quickly sold by the person they trusted. Please read this article and prepare so that you will not be a victim of "civil theft". How to be a Legal Horse Thief

Be prepared--microchip your horse!
Unfortunately animals, including many horses, are left to fend for themselves when disasters strike, such as fires, floods, hurricanes and tornadoes. Many of those animals will be gathered up by animal rescue organizations and emergency responders. How do the horses find their owners? Please make sure your horses have microchips so they can be identified and reunited with you by rescue organizations.
