Youth Super Sports trained coaches focus on fundamental skills, good sportsmanship, fitness skills, and character development. Fitness concepts include fitness for the heart, lungs, and muscles, safe play, flexibility, and healthy eating. Grouped by age and ability.

Summer Camp means fun days filled with swimming, arts & crafts, new games, nature exploration, sports, songs, field trips, and friendships that will last a lifetime. Spaces are still available, but filling-up quickly!

| CPR First Aid Class | |

Learn what to do in an emergency situation requiring CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation). The class prepares and teaches participants the skills needed to perform CPR. Upon successful completion of the course, which requires both written and practical testing, certification cards are issued. Participants must bring a rescue mask or purchase one at time of registration. Must be 15 years of age or older to enroll.
