Learn physical fitness and health in a fun environment while promoting positive relationships with peers and building self-esteem. The first hour is dedicated to physical fitness and the last 30 minutes is a class setting with an emphasis on health. This is a great way for your children to socialize in a group setting with other kids their age. Let us show your children ways to a happier and healthier tomorrow. Age appropriate class divisions.
