Eckerd College Leadership Development Institute and Discovery Learning, Inc. are bringing expertise together to provide managers with tools and feedback about two of the most challenging issues facing leaders: managing change and conflict.

Conflict will never disappear! Individual and Organizational change is now a necessity.  How individuals, teams and organizations leverage various perspectives can often mean the difference between success or failure and collapse or sustainability.
 
This workshop is designed for individual managers, consultants, intact teams or cross-functional teams

  • Learning how to maximize the opportunities and minimize the harmful effects of conflict
  • Exploring the costs and benefits of conflict in your organization
  • Understanding the links between effective leadership and productive conflict management
  • Examining four factors for effective change readiness within your team or organization
  • Identifying how your change style preference impacts your effectiveness--positively and negatively
  • Determining your individual change style preference for approaching and managing change

  • Understanding how to measure organizational readiness for change
Each participant will receive personalized feedback on the Conflict Dynamics Profile-Individual (CDP-I) and the Change Style Indicator. As part of your registration, the Change Readiness Gauge™ will be offered following the workshop.
