Effective Leadership Workshop: Addressing the Challenges of Change and Conflict

provide managers with tools and feedback about two of the most
challenging issues facing leaders: managing change and conflict.
Conflict will never disappear! Change is now a necessity! How individuals, teams and organizations leverage various perspectives can often mean the difference between success or failure and collapse or sustainability.
This workshop is designed for individuals, intact teams or cross-functional teams. Benefits of attending this session include:
Learning how to maximize the opportunities and minimize the harmful effects of conflict
Exploring the costs and benefits of conflict in your organization
Understanding the links between effective leadership and productive conflict management
Examining four factors for effective change readiness within your team or organization
Creating awareness of structure and systems that may need improvement to support change
Assessing organizational ability to search for and see opportunities for renewal and innovation
Understanding how to measure organizational readiness for change
Each participant will receive personalized feedback on the Conflict Dynamics Profile®-Individual (CDP-I) and the Change Readiness Gauge™. The Change Readiness Gauge requires a minimum of 3 respondents in order to score. The opportunity for a free self-assessment for change style preference (the Change Style Indicator®) will be available after the workshop.
