Margaret Cooley is a Senior Instructor, an Executive Coach, and the Director of Open Enrollment Programs at the Leadership Development Institute (LDI). In this position, she oversees the Institute's flagship program, the Leadership Development Program (LDP) as well as three other offerings including Foundations of Leadership, Leadership, Conflict and Negotiation, and Lasting Leadership. Margaret received her degrees from Rhodes College and the University of Chicago. She has special interests in leadership and gender, conflict management, communication, and teambuilding.
Chris Musselwhite founded Discovery
Learning® (DLI) in
1990, and currently serves as president and CEO. DLI
training
programs, business simulations
and research-based assessment tools have spanned more than 40
countries,
reaching all segments of society.
Specific assessment tools have been developed for business,
public
health, education, and public sectors.
As
a Kellogg Fellow, Chris has had the opportunity to explore leadership
and
innovation from a global perspective. He has consulted with Fortune 500
companies as well as public sector organizations and has led
DLI-designed
leadership programs in eight countries.
Chris received
his Ed.D.
in Adult Learning from North
Carolina State
University. He has published numerous articles and book
chapters and his first book, Dangerous Opportunity was
published in 2004.
