Thank you to all the families who have already participated in our annual Check Writing Campaign. The lucky winner of the $50 Short Pump Town Center gift card drawing for all donations made by November 19th is the Gerkin Family!  We will continue to collect donations throughout the entire year, so if you have not donated yet it is not too late.

A special issue of the Henrico Citizen newspaper will be published Feb. 17^th presenting the first annual "Top Teachers" section profiling some of the most outstanding teachers in the county. Nominations may be made through December 10th on their website.  Teachers at public and private preschools, elementary schools, middle schools and high schools are eligible to be nominated.  The Henrico Citizen is designing the February 17^th issue to shine light on some of the true heroes of the county - those who often do not receive or seek recognition but who are worthy nonetheless.
