Box Tops Collection Winners!
Congratulations to Mrs. Venezuela's 2nd grade class for being our September Box Tops collection winner. They collected over 500 Box Tops!!! Keep looking, cutting, and collecting Box Tops and turning them in on either the collections sheets or in a bag marked with your child's teacher's name. Our first collection date is October 22nd. Thank you to everyone for taking the Box Tops Challenge!

School Nutrition Services Parent Coffee
School Nutrition Services invites all interested parents to our next meeting on Tuesday, October 12th from 9:30 - 10:30 in the Colonial Trail Elementary School Cafeteria (12101 Bacova Drive). PTA Check Writing Campaign
The Check Writing Campaign is in full swing! Thank you so much to all the families that have already sent in their red forms and donations. If you have not already done so, please thoughtfully consider that many of the PTA programs are funded through the donations made with this campaign. This is our major fundraiser and we appreciate ALL of your support. Our goal is 100% participation.
Don't forget to see if your company participates in a Matching Donations Program. By filling out a simple form w/ your company you could DOUBLE your donation to Shady Grove. Here are just a few companies that have matching donations programs: Capital One, Cisco, State Farm, Carmax, Fidelity, Markel, Dominion, Verizon, Bank of America, Altria, SunTrust Bank, and Wells Fargo. PLEASE check and see if your company does too!
