Traditional shamanic cultures have long practiced the Great Death Rites that bring psychological and emotional closure to the dying person and allow their Spirit to leave peacefully and with grace.

Greetings! 
Okay, so the last newsletter was early and this one even earlier. Given that I'm usually late, this is definitely a change from my normal. Spring has felt a little unusual this year; so far this month we've had unseasonal heat, cold, wind, snow, hail, rain and lightening. It's as if the Elements are reminding us we are living in a time of transformative change, to expect the unexpected. And that's the mood I find myself in; an swareness that anything can happen!
And in keeping with Spring energy, this months newsletter feels full and bursting, like the gardens, with lots of new things coming up.
