If there was any doubt that we are indeed living in a time of accelerated evolution, the events unfolding in the Middle East are unmistakeable evidence of the breakdown of old paradigms and the dismantling of structures that no longer fit who we are becoming.  

We are being evolved; our consciousness is being uplifted.  For some of us this can result in inexplicable feelings of anxiety, confusion, unusual sleep patterns and physical ailments; all ways our bodies process the increased frequencies.  This is transformation of the highest order; anything that limits or defines us is being pushed to the surface for release. 
  

How we respond to the necessary clearing and purification process is up to each of us.  We can greet the breakdown and restructuring from a place of fear and negativity (a wounded place), or we can embrace the potential and opportunities to accept our power and become conscious co-creators of our lives.   

Everything happening in our lives is a doorway to mastery; to remembering our divinity; and an invitation to come into alignment with our inner truth and wisdom.
