Birth of 'Sacred Musings' !
 
First of all, I'd like to introduce you to my new Blog called 'Sacred Musings'; one of the many new and exciting beginnings in my life.  Sacred Musings will allow me to share what is emerging in my awareness, and exciting opportunities to connect and explore together.  The intention of Sacred Musings is to inspire, to affirm, and give voice to the formless unknowable, the mystery, that infuses all of life and connects us to each other.    
 
So what, in the noisy confusion of life, is sacred?  Well Hafiz said everything is sacred, every thought, feeling, action; there is nothing we can do, say or feel that is not holy, blessed, sanctified and revered, part of the Divine.  Wow, that's a concept; a bit much to get our heads around when there is so much suffering around and within us. NEW Summer Offerings!
 
I'd also like to invite you to join me for a new weekly meditation class, and/or the Munay-Ki Initiation class that I'm offering for the first ime in a single weekend format here in Guelph.  This format worked beautifully in Gos Morne National Park, Newfoundland, this past April.

And as those of you who have taken classes with me before have experienced, these are powerful opportunities to jumpstart our healing and raise our consciousness to new levels.  And whenever we come together in this way to uplift ourselves and each other, magical things happen!

New Beginnings Meditation Class
 

I invite you to join me on Tuesday evenings in July and August as we practice coming back to the center of stillness within though guided mediation practices.  We will align our intentions for peace, harmony and healing for ourselves and the Earth.
