Imbolc/Groundhog Day Blessings,
February 2nd is the time of Imbolc; the halfway point between Winter Solstice and Spring Equinox. It means "in the belly". As Allison Rae reminds us, Groundhog Day is related; a creature who burrows deep within the Earth, emerging to see his shadow, or not.
"Listen. There's a stirring deep within the Earth, hushed, nearly imperceptible. From the belly of the Mother, new life pushes forth. In the depths of the Earth womb, beneath snow and ice, natural cycles of creation are silently at work. New life is gestating. Rebirth is at hand."
In Celtic tradition, it is the festival of the Goddess Brighid, similar to the Corn Maiden in Native American tradition. Both goddess archetypes symbolize the potential of new life within the Earth, and within the feminine aspect of all beings, male and female. Imbolc reminds us of our powers of creation. Introduction to Soul Retrieval
 A sense of something missing in life; a lack of passion, joy, motivation; a feeling of incompleteness, unfulfillment; a traumatic event - these are all indications of soul loss.
Soul Retrieval has been practiced by Shamans for centuries. In this class you learn the Shaman's maps for journeying in the Underworld to find and reclaim the parts of the Soul lost and forgotten as a result of trama, perhaps for lifetimes.
