September 2009 Newsletter - Updated! |
Greetings!
I'm back in beautiful Ontario enjoying this Indian Summer weather! Feeling blessed with sunshine and a sense of excitement and anticipation. Something wonderful is unfolding, can you feel it too?
Certainly the 9-9-9 energy this week was beautiful and expansive. Those of us who gathered to celebrate the Earthkeeper tradition of the Munay-Ki Rites received a surprise gift of manifestation from Pacha Mama - a visit from Jaguar!
In the South American tradition, Jaguar embodies the energy of the West. This direction of the Medicine Wheel represents the power of transformative change, death and rebirth. Jaguar teaches us to have courage during change and to be at peace with all our Relatives.
The New Earth is being birthed as we speak. What it will look like is up to each one of us. We are Stewards of this Earth and Co-creators with Spirit. As the Wisdomkeepers remind us, we are dreaming the World into Being. What is your most Beautiful Dream, your vision for the New Earth?
I awoke in the very early morning of the 9th with John Lennon's song Imagine running through my head. Listen to it here and remember to let yourself dream...

Dying Consciously Workshop
The transition from the physical world back to the world of Spirit is known in all sacred traditions as the Greatest Journey of all. Traditional shamanic cultures have long practiced the Great Death Rites that bring psychological and emotional closure to the dying person and allow their Spirit to leave easily and naturally.
In this workshop you learn the steps and energetic processes for making this final journey consciously, peacefully and with grace. Even if you do not know someone who is dying, practicing the 'little deaths' helps you to live more fully and consciously in every moment.
Saturday and Sunday, October 17th & 18th, $150; $135 when you register and pay before September 30th. | |
To continue my story about the Jaguar... Thankfully, Pacha Mama saw fit to send a domesticated variety of Jaguar as her emissary - a fearless but friendly (and very hungry) yellow-eyed all Black Cat, who jumped right through the window into the room at Ignatius College where we were in ceremony.
We got the message! I felt amazed at Spirit and Mother Earth's magical manifestation, and so grateful to be fed by and be able to feed our four-legged Relative! We all felt blessed by the encounter and reminder of the magic that surrounds us if we open our hearts to it.
I am so thankful to be in sacred, joyful community with you at this aspicious time on our Earth and look forward to our path's crossing again.

Navigating the Shift
You may have heard about the coming Shift of the Ages, the idea of ascending to a new reality or dimension. There is a lot of information out there, some of which can create fear and mistrust.
In this class you learn about the dimensional shift, the signs of ascension, and how you can move with greater ease and grace into the coming new Age. It is not about 'running for the hills' or stockpiling survival goods, as I once imagined.
Find out about simple yet profound changes to make in your everyday life to align with the higher vibrations, and with your soul's purpose and destiny. That far off shore of the New Earth may not be so distant after all!
Wednesday, September 30th, 7-9:30; $40; $35 if you register and pay before September 18th. |
Mayan Calendar Presentation
Decoding the Calendar has taken decades but is now validated by history and science. It describes a Divine Plan of Creation. Are you ready to hear what can change your life for the better?
Come hear what the Mayans knew about the evolution of life on Earth, hidden in plain sight in their pyramids and glyphs. Learn about the 'end of time' prophecies for 2012.
The evening will also feature Sue B. Proud, singer & songwriter performing live her song "2012".
Location: 693 Beechwood Dr., Waterloo, Ontario.
Cost: $20
