Happy May!
Two steps forward, one step back - that's how I'd describe this past month; the weather reflecting the slow but steadily building energy. Times of intensity interspersed with uncertainty, lack of clarity and energy for anything new. This week, thankfully, the fog lifts, bringing new forward moving energy. April showers did indeed bring May flowers!

Dying Consciously
 The transition from the physical world back to the world of Spirit is known in all sacred traditions as the Greatest Journey of all. Traditional shamanic cultures have long practiced the Great Death Rites that bring psychological and emotional closure to the dying person and allow their Spirit to leave easily and naturally.
