Greetings!

It's been a very exciting couple of weeks at InBalance and we're especially thrilled to let you all know about our upcoming TV debut!  Thanks to Dr. Laura Trask, who brought us in as her Equine Assisted Therapy team, we were able to help her 13 year old client, Jakob, who was suffering from severe PTSD symptoms after witnessing a tragic accident.
There were so many amazing things that happened during the session that day, but through all the distractions: crew, cameras, fuzzy mics, stage fright, and over thinking - Ricco, the gray horse, remained focused and committed to helping Jakob heal.  It is amazing how horses help us stay steady, present, and open.  They unconsciously and effortlessly remind us that they are there to support the tears that fall....no matter what hurts.  As Jakob said, I feel a lot better now, and I'm not really sure why?"

Organic health...inside and out

On Sunday October 3rd, the
Cornucopia Foundation at Malibu Farmers' market is hosting a special event called Malibu Get's Healthy. It's well worth the drive up the coast to sample organic gourmet, get some fresh air, and see us along with other health practitioners speak about our specialties. Live demonstration with Ricco at 11 am.  We would love to see you there!
