It's the Weekly What? for Friday, September 21st.

Some days you just need a chocolate salted caramel mug cake, amiright??

Donuts are great and all (even better with sprinkles) but there's nothing like a chocolate salted caramel mug cake just out of the microwave. You just try it and see. Although donuts aren't too shabby now that we think about it. Banana creme filled, eh? Can't beat that! Which makes us think, for some reason, of cookies. You know, when they come right out of the oven...awesome. Hmm, okay well we need to go run an errand really quick. Be back in a few. In the mean time, why don't you head over to our Facebook page and leave us an answer to this week's question: "What's your favorite kind of donut?"

In just two minutes you'll be having your cube neighbors demanding you make more...

So it's just two minutes for a chocolate salted caramel mug cake. Good grief, that's too short a time! It'll be far too easy to gather a half-dozen mugs from around the office and totally go off-diet. Hey! What is everyone doing with the microwave?? Get back to work, slackers! If you want to be truly honch, do all the mixing in the mug you cook it in. Bam! "Chocolate salted caramel mug cake." 'Nuff said. >>

So when you hurt someone's feelings, what do you do?

Whip up a nice hot-n-fresh chocolate salted caramel mug cake and deliver it with a sincere apology? Or do you stop by the grocery store and make a bee-line for the "day old donuts" and drop them off with a "'Kay, fine: I'M SORRY. Jeez, you happy now? Whatever." We're not trying to overstate the "problem" but when someone at GoDaddy HQ tripped over a power cable*, turning out the lights on a bazillion websites (and email services) they decided to go with option #2. Stay classy, guys. Mmmm...salted caramel mug cake... >>

Maybe chocolate salted caramel mug cakes aren't the answer... here's what you need to know about handling mistakes

In just 48 seconds you'll discover the right way to handle business-class mistakes. Perhaps counter-intuitively, a corporate goof presents the opportunity for you to build trust! But that's dependent on how you respond to the mistake...and we're sure a chocolate salted caramel mug cake (or cakes!) would help a ton, as well. Don't evade! Own up! Also: the mug cake thing... do that, too. >>
