Black Opal is a South Australian wine producer sourcing its grapes from vineyards in the famed Barossa valley region, famous for the production of Shiraz and full flavored chardonnay. Black Opal is, relatively speaking a youthful player in wine making in Australia, having been established in 1986. Black Opal has a reputation as a serious producer on the world wine market. Pizza Night at the Aussie kicks off about 5pm and the kitchen closes at 630pm, and we close the bakery at 7pm. Take out orders welcome, enjoy a glass of wine while you wait for your order.
