These things have been hugely popular with our customers, we have been barely able to keep up with demand. These delicious treats make a great breakfast substitute for those who appreciate the value of breakfast, but sometimes just don't get around to it.. Hindsight by Susan Lynn Perry
Susan Lynn Perry the author of Hindsight will be at the bakery to sign copies of her book. Many of you have kids with Autism and associated issues. Salad Dressing News (Fructose Free)
Rita has come up with a couple of great new salad dressings, that we make right there at The Little Aussie. As well as having our very popular Orange dressing, we now have a totally Fructose Free Lime Dressing and a delicious Honey Mustard dressing. Give them a splash on your next Salad at the little Aussie. We will soon have them bottled and available for sale, so keep your eyes open for them.

Cake of the Month
May's featured cake is our delicious Coconut Tres Leches cake. We start with a good foundation, our very popular almond cake. We then soak it overnight in coconut cream. It is then covered in coconut flakes for a beautiful white finish. This is an exquisitely rich and decadent cake, and the big surprise is it is even less allergenic than many of our already low allergenic cakes. Of course it is gluten free, but it is also  free of most other allergens like dairy, corn and nuts. So get into this one with abandon. You have absolutely no excuse, and I don't want to hear any whining about the calories.

Our Breads
Golden Flax Bread
This is our regular house bread it's a savory bread, the same that we use for our delicious sandwiches. It's light, it's fluffy it's nutty in taste and soft in texture. It's flavor is derived
from the fresh golden flax seeds that we grind into it every day. It is low in sodium, and low in sugar. It comes in loaves, hamburger buns and pizza bases.
All of our breads, can be sliced, wafer thin for sandwiches,or chunky thick for toasting. They don't crumble before or after freezing. They make excellent croutons and is second to none for french toast.
Raisin Bread
This is a sweet bread that comes in a full size loaf or a bun. It is best described as a breakfast bread. It is lightly sweetened, and also comes with an abundance of raisins.
Cinnamon Scrolls
Sweet round rolls made from raisin bread dough, wrapped around cinnamon and cane sugar, to form a pinwheel shape.
Rosemary Bread
This comes both in loaves and buns, like the house bread it is rich in flax seed, light in sodium and sugar. Fresh ground rosemary leaves are added to the dough before baking giving this bread a warm Mediterranean flavor.

Correcting error in April's Newsletter!
We were tossing up whether to open an hour earlier on Saturdays, and we ultimately decided not to. I withdrew the article, but neglected to pull out the comment about it in the introductory paragraph. I do apologize for any confusion, and I would like to clarify that we will be opening at 11am on Saturdays, as we were before.

Salmon Pie
We had Salmon Pie for Good Friday, you Loved it. So we are simply going to have them more often, and of course you can order whole ones to take home. Unfortunately these won't ship well so they will be strictly for pick up. Sorry to all of our shipping customers.
