Greetings!
Happy March, we had a record breaking month in February, in spite of just having 28 days. The word is getting out there, mainly thanks to you, our biggest supporters. We have had lots of tears from first time customers, some of whom hadn't eaten bread in years. We have been humbled by the response this last month, and look forward to serving you even better in March. Letty Holmbo, RD LD MBA our resident Dietitian has come on board just in time, as the demand for education and meal planning extends beyond Rita's ability to keep up. Letty is not only a dietition, but she and her family all live a gluten free life style. Letty educates her peers on gluten issues, and is a popular speaker at dietitian seminars on this subject, Join us in welcoming Letty on Saturday March 14th for an afternoon of complimentary wine and cheese. 4pm - 6pm. This has been such a popular shipping item, we are extending the offer, and it is now available online in a choice of four stuffed sampler boxes. This is a great deal for our customers and their families, anyone who is new to all this gluten free stuff, and is missing real food. Some of our favorite staples are included as well as some "sweety bits", all of these samplers are at the great price of $29.95 (plus tax when applicable) If you need it shipped we will do that flat rate priority shipping for $17.95 (we have been able to reduce our shipping costs by $2.00), any where in the lower 48 states of the US.
If you would prefer other items shipped the same applies, basically whatever we can fit in a flat rate shipping box(12"x12"x5.5") we will ship for $17.95 anywhere in the lower 48 states. (just to give you an idea, we can get 2 dozen of our hamburger buns into this box, just.) You just pay the regular price for whatever you want to order. Cake of the Month
March's featured cake is our "Chocolate Cookies and Cream cake. We make this cake from our own fresh baked chocolate cookies smothered in chocolate flavored whipping cream and allowed to soak over night. A relatively simple cake, but the moistness, texture and flavor add up to an outrageously decadent dessert. Be quick to get yours before they make it crime. Also comes in vanilla cookie in chocolate cream.

Our Breads
Golden Flax Bread
This is our regular house bread it's a savory bread, the same that we use for our delicious sandwiches. It's light, it's fluffy it's nutty in taste and soft in texture. It's flavor is derived
from the fresh golden flax seeds that we grind into it every day. It is low in sodium, and low in sugar. It comes in loaves, hamburger buns and pizza bases.
All of our breads, can be sliced, wafer thin for sandwiches,or chunky thick for toasting. They don't crumble before or after freezing. They make excellent croutons and is second to none for french toast.
Raisin Bread
This is a sweet bread that comes in a full size loaf or a bun. It is best described as a breakfast bread. It is lightly sweetened, and also comes with an abundance of raisins.
Cinnamon Scrolls
Sweet round rolls made from raisin bread dough, wrapped around cinnamon and cane sugar, to form a pinwheel shape.
Rosemary Bread
This comes both in loaves and buns, like the house bread it is rich in flax seed, light in sodium and sugar. Fresh ground rosemary leaves are added to the dough before baking giving this bread a warm Mediterranean flavor.
