Barista Jam
 Last week Brown Cup Coffee Co. hosted their first Barista Jam. It was a great success filled with a video demonstrating proper espresso and micro-foam creation, latte-pouring education, a latte art competition, and was followed by great fellowship. "We had a great time with our fellow baristas...lots of great ideas
were exchanged and a fun competition...we look forward to having

- Come to a cupping at the roastery with our roastmaster and VCC
employees. Learn how we taste test all of our coffees to ensure you are
getting the best out of each batch. While you are here you will be able
to sample some of the specialty coffees Vienna Coffee Company has to
offer and learn how to describe and distinguish all of the different
coffee nuances.
- August 23: Nashville Cupping
- The Nashville Coffee Society is holding a cupping with the goal of fostering a more connected coffee community in the area and promoting the concept of specialty coffee to the general public. VCC will be one of the Tennessee roasters highlighted at this cupping. It's a nice way to introduce people to the range of quality coffee that is available in Tennessee.

- New to the world of espresso and the making of basic espresso drinks?
We will cover all the basics from tasting espresso, brewing correctly,
proper milk steaming, drink building and introducing your customers to
your espresso and espresso drinks. A great class for any home baristas
out there too!
