Haven House and Vienna Coffee Company are gearing up to participate in the Dogwood Arts Festival House and Garden Show on February 20-22, 2009. Haven House will be selling and promoting their Vienna Coffee Company roasted Café Femenino coffee. A portion of all proceeds from each bag of this Fair Trade, Organic, and grown/harvested by women coffee will go to Haven House directly. Vienna Coffee's new roaster is now operational!  Melissa, Erin and John are putting it through its paces and beginning to translate our existing roast profiles onto the new machine.  Just in time for the Dogwood Arts, House & Garden Show, we will prepare 1500 pounds of the Café Femenino (see above story) coffees using this state-of-the-art, computer controlled drum roaster.  Drop by the Roastery for a free cup of coffee and to check it out.
