 Vienna Coffee Company is pleased to announce that we have
taken the next step toward our own "USDA Organic" certification. Having
made application in the fall of 2008, we hosted a representative of the
Tennessee Crop Improvement Association for an on-site inspection on December 30th.
No issues requiring modification to our operations were found so we expect to
be approved as a "Certified Handler" in the very near future.
Vienna Coffee has bought certified organic green coffee for many years now. Only
with this important step, however, can we attach the USDA Organic logo to our
packaging in order to attract a wider market for these wonderful Organic, Fair Trade and Shade Grown coffees. Watch for the new labeling carrying the "Green
Bug" USDA Logo very soon. To learn more about the US National Organic

 Lots of new things are planned for 2009 at Vienna Coffee
Company! This week, we will finish installation of our new US Roaster Corp 35 kilo roaster. We will be learning about all its bells and whistles over the
next few weeks and begin to shift production over during the first quarter of
2009. Consistent Cup quality will be the key criteria we seek to manage as we
bring it on-line. Trust us to sell ONLY coffee that meets the same small-batch
