La Armonía Hermosa
Nestled high along a fertile volcano, overlooking the Antigua Valley,
Santa Maria de Jesus is an idyllic home to the finest of Guatemalan
coffee. The small, family farmers of this village have historically
struggled to make a living growing this high quality coffee. Now with
La Armonia Hermosa, things are different. Farmers receive higher
prices and are now processing the coffee themselves receiving even more
financial benefits. By enjoying the fruit of their labors you are
giving them new opportunities, a renewed sense of community pride and a
chance for economic sustainability. VCC has decided to
join in this venture and looks forward to introducing our customers to this
fine "relationship" coffee. |

Vienna Coffee Company announces their new 2008 Holiday flavor... Christmas Cookie! This mouthwatering new taste features the caramel and cinnamon notes of your
favorite Christmas Cookie infused in specialty Brazilian coffee. It is perfect for this holiday season. Each year we add a new holiday flavor to our list of craft roasted coffees. Choose from our selection of Snow Creme, White Christmas, Christmas Carol, Cherry Cordial, and Mocha Mint. With a special holiday label on each bag, these coffees are perfect as gifts or after dinner deserts.

 US Roaster Corp. 35 Kilo Millennium
has arrived
With excitement in the roastery, Vienna Coffee Company finally
received our new Millennium model 35 Kilo roaster. Deciding to buy American
products, VCC chose US Roaster Corp. of Oklahoma City to provide our newest
production equipment. We chose their midsize roaster as our next step, making
it possible to roast 77 lbs of coffee per batch. Still very much a "craft
roaster" scale machine, we will still be able to pay close attention to
the best roast profile for each crop of special coffee we buy. Due to the
busyness of the season, we will wait until the beginning of the year to start
production on the new equipment. You might be wondering what are we going to
do with our current 10 Kilo roaster? Well, our current roaster will be
designated for solely our growing line of organic coffees.

VCC is expanding! We are pleased to announce two Food City stores in Maryville will be supplying a limited variety of our speciaty coffees ranging from our most popular blends to a local favorite organic/Fair Trade blend, single-origin, and a couple of our best flavored coffees. Now you can pick up a bag of the more popular VCC coffee as you shop for your groceries each week.
