Dear Friend of the Community Center,

Today marks an exciting day in the growth of your local LGBT Community Center, as Donna Rose begins her service as our very first Executive Director.

Donna joins us as a nationally respected leader, spokesperson, and advocate for LGBT rights, for LGBT dignity, and for a broader sense of community based on recognition that all fair-minded people are in this together.

That reputation has been forged by involvement at all levels of LGBT rights work: as the first transgender Board Member for organizations like the Human Rights Campaign (HRC), the Gay and Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD), and the National Gay and Lesbian Chamber of Commerce (NGLCC). Donna is directly responsible for some of the workplace policy standards which form the foundation of LGBT workplace best practices in this country and affect the lives of thousands of LGBT workers each and every day, and has worked at the grass-roots level with activists from across the country to coordinate, communicate, and educate.

Contact Donna at our office, (717) 920-9534, or at drose@centralpalgbtcenter.org.

Sincerely,

Bebe Mullaugh
Board President
