Continuous abuse of Public Money

Greetings!

Last couple of weeks have been one of the worst financial crisis I have ever seen in my life and must be true for most of you. Mr. Brown saved the economy by for some time by bailing out the banks. At what Cost? Our Cost. Tax payer will suffer again. Watch out. They will need to collect more taxes and again tax payer will be attacked.

So what do we do. Sit and wait for Mr. Brown to increase taxes. The answer is obvious that we must act now before it becomes late.
IR35! Are we safe?

I have touched this briefly on my featured article list. To check full article please read on
http://www.dnsassociates.co.uk/PDF%20Documents/IR35_contractors.pdf. You will notice that just a safe contract these days is not 100% gurantee but we can take actions to reduce our overall exposure. If you wish to read the full case then please read on http://www.bailii.org/cgi-bin/markup.cgi?doc=/ew/cases/EWHC/Ch/2008/2113.html.

I suggest that you mail us your contracts for free review. Why dont you try our IR35 Chekclist to determine if you are caught by the IR35. You can download the checklist
http://www.dnsassociates.co.uk/PDF%20Documents/IR35-Checklist.pdf.

We will continue to work day and night to fight this dragon and protect us all.

Limited or Sole Trader
One of the most common and frequently asked questions when going into a business is whether to set up as limited company or sole trader?

Remember setting up to trade as a sole trader is more flexible, less expensive and has fewer burdens than setting up as a limited company. However, tax savings through limited company and protection by using a separate entity out weights the benefits in the long run.

why don't you contact me on sumit@dnsassociates.co.uk to find out if trading as limted company can help you or not.

We are committed to save every peny which we can in these tough times.

I thank you for going through the newsletter and am looking forward to assist you in these critical times.

yours sincerely
