Beginning Needle Felting with Kathryn
In this class you will learn the basics of needle felting while making a small felted purse. The class starts assuming students have had no exposure to needle felting and has the students felt a simple pattern onto a precut piece of roving and then sew the purse together. This class uses a $15 project package which includes preprinted felt, roving, 3- 38 guage triangle felting needles, cotton lining, and yarn for a strap.
I can
provide foam pads and needle holders for use in class and students
normally provide their own needle and thread and crochet hook. Any
students who would want to purchase the pad and the needle holder can
for $4 for the foam and $17 for a two needle holder. I will also bring extra roving if they would like more choice than is in the kit.
$25 for two-hour session
(several other classes offered on January 24th in the North)
Check out additional classes at Knit One
PS- Don't forget to pre-register for classes.
