Downtown Holiday Decorations
The winter holiday season is upon us, and Downtown Berkeley is sparkling with the new holiday lights installation on the BART Rotunda and at selected intersections, along with the Joy & Peace banners throughout the district. |
Power Trip / Theatrically Berkeley Film and Live Event
Sunday, December 18, Music 10:10am, Film 10:30am, California Theatre
Tickets: $15 Benefiting BHS Student Activities Program
The 3rd annual presentation of the film, featuring a live musical performance by the Berkeley-based band, Street Eaters. Where the Wizard of OZ meets Green peace: this film is three years of immersion into distilled Berkeley at its purest. With a rag-tag cast of present day messiahs, Power Trip brings you to the edge and then pushes you down the rabbit hole of good intentions, and is constantly hijacked by the loudest and most theatrical. |
