Tim Hansen of Goldstone Properties invites other Downtown property owners and managers to see the sidewalk restoration work he is doing on the south end of Shattuck Square. Typical application costs $5 per square foot which is about 10% of the cost of sidewalk replacement. It makes the sidewalk look like new, and it's much easier to clean and remove the gum.

 

The best time to visit the site will Thursday and Friday (this week) from

11-2 to meet Tim Hansen and Anthony Foster the contractor. If they are not

outside, you can ask for Tim at 82 Shattuck Square - the office of Goldstone Properties.

 

One of the biggest complaints about Downtown Berkeley is that it's dirty and grimy. Clean sidewalks have impact, and this new surface will be easier and cheaper to clean.
