Introducing...a NEW traveling exhibit...

eat well play well

What is in the food we eat?

      Are fruits and vegetables important?

            Can everyday activities burn calories?

How can families get healthier together?

Families, children and school groups will find the answers to these questions and more by exploring the "Eat Well, Play Well" Traveling Exhibit. This highly interactive exhibit encourages healthy living by teaching the science of making healthy food choices and helping children and adults discover there are many fun and interesting ways to stay active.

Visitors will discover what an appropriate serving size looks like, see firsthand what it takes to burn off calories, test their flexibility and balance, review the latest research and realize that they can reduce their risk of disease with healthy choices that are within their reach!   The exhibit includes six interactive exhibit stations with informational signage in English and Spanish.

You can help children and families live healthier by supporting the visit of the "Eat Well Play Well" traveling exhibit to the Children's Museum with your tax-deductible contribution. Simply return the form below with your donation, give online at funmuseum.org, or contact Leanne Poellinger at (608) 784-2652 x224 or Leanne@funmuseum.org.
