Hi everyone! I hope you had a great Halloween! I dressed up at a witch! :-D

TEAM SM A new "team" you' may hear me talk about from now on called "Team SM" is a group of professionals, advisors and partners I've assembled who are on board to help assist me in my goals of excelling and continuing to climb the ladder in the Motorsports Industry.
A special thanks to Ron Campbell and everyone at U!Creative, Lyn St. James, Linda Conti, Mike Giannamore, Bill Murray, Diana Nichols, and all of my 2009 supporters.

WHAT'S NEW? Since the last newsletter, we raced our last race of the season at Columbus Motor Speedway on Sept. 19th. It was the USAC Ford Focus Nationals so drivers from all over the country were in attendance. Unfortunately, we struggled with setup all day and didn't have a great night. Out of 25 cars, we qualified 12th and finished 16th in the feature....I guess that's racing and you can't always have a great night.

The following week I was off to Atlanta, Georgia for the Petit Le Mans week! I was invited to be a driver in a Charity Go-Kart race in support of Motorsports Ministries. A special thanks to Lyn St. James and John Gorsline for inviting me and allowing me to be a part! I was able to race against Grand Am drivers; Andy Lally, Memo Gidley, and David Murray!! My team took first place in the race and raised lots of money for a great cause!

After I returned from Atlanta, I headed to Indianapolis for a busy week! Something I have ALWAYS wanted to do is race a USAC National Midget and I was given the opportunity to test a National Midget at Anderson Speedwaywith the Arca/Penske Development team, Cunningham Motorsports' Cunningham Juniors.
The test couldn't have gone better. The team was very impressed and we're putting together a National Midget Program for 2010. This has me extremely excited and positive. We are looking to secure Marketing Partners for 2010 and would love to tell you how you can become part of the team!!!

Also in Indianapolis, I had a few meetings as well as a television interview that will air later next month for 3 Wide Life. A special thanks to Parker Williams and everyone at the show for allowing me to be a part.

On Wednesday October 7th I flew to Miami, Florida for a few days and spent some time at Miami-Homestead Speedway for the closing of the IndyCar Series season as well as some Grand-Am racing. Congrats to Dario Franchitti and J.R. Hildebrand on 2009 Championships!
For the week of the 12th, I was in Charlotte, NC for the week of the NASCAR Banking 500 and some exciting events. I got to see some old friends and reconnect with new ones. I was fortunate to be invited to The Jeff Gordon Foundation's 10th Anniversary "A Decade of Caring" Event.

I also checked out Tony Stewart's 2nd annual "Jail and Bail" event held at The Brick House in Davidson, NC.

What's up next?
I actually have a few weeks home in Ohio! I am now able to focus on my training and will be making a trip to Indianapolis at the this week.
We are seeking Marketing Partners for our 2010 Budget for the USAC National Midget program. If you have any interest, big or small...please contact me so I can tell you more specific details about the exciting things we have planned on AND off track in 2010!
I've been fortunate to have met some folks from the Riley Children's Hospital in Indianapolis and invited to their annual luncheon! I will be in Indianapolis this week for the luncheon on November 18th! I'm extremely excited about this and looking forward to supporting a great cause. Check out their website here:

Thanksgiving! I have been training very hard and preparing for my second year of The 5 mile "Turkey Trot" race in my hometown. This is an annual 5 mile race (BY FOOT!) that is held each year in my hometown of Miamisburg, Ohio. My first run was last year with my Grandpa (who has ran a marathon before!) and we are continuing the tradition this year!
In December, I am planning to attend theInternational Motorsports Industry Show in Indianapolis as well as hoping to make it to the Performance Racing Industry show in Orlando.
I am also hoping to make the trip to Daytona for 'Speedweeks'.
