Your Dance Vacation Made Easy
Alaska map
We will be dancing our way through some of Alaska's most beautiful country with Carnival Cruiselines. Relax and let us make your dance vacation easy!!

For groups the price of your vacation can be reduced by sharing rooms with 3 or 4 people.  This will decrease the price of an inside room by about $150 per person if 4 people share a room. Please call or email us to find out current rates and availability. Full deposits of $350 per person are required to book a triple or quad.

We have blocked room for 146 people at group rates which allow you to save considerably when compared to Carnival's Regular Rates.  If you haven't booked yet, HURRY! When our cabins sell out we will only be able to sell at the regular rates. Our cabins are selling fast so book now!

For a room with a view the Best Deal now is 7A partially obstructed view balconies. This means that from waist level down there is a lifeboat in front of the railing. You can actually set your coffee cup on the lifeboat while you enjoy the view.

When booking flights here are some things to be aware of. Call or email us if you would like assistance with this.

Make sure to book two one way flights, one flight to Vancouver and one flight from Anchorage to your home city. The Carnival Spirit embarks from Vancouver on Wednesday, August 13, 2008 at 5:30 pm. Participants must be on board by 4:30 pm. But the ship is open to check in at 12:30 pm so it is possible to go there directly if your flight arrives earlier.

The ship will arrive in Whittier, Alaska on August 20, 2008 at 8 am. Whittier is separated from Anchorage by the longest tunnel in North America and 50 miles. We are in the process of arranging for our transfer from Whittier to Anchorage. Please book flights that leave from Anchorage after 2 pm to allow for plenty of time to get to the airport.

There will be more details about the Whittier to Anchorage transfer in upcoming newsletters. Please keep us informed of your flight times.
