Minimum Wage increase for PEI and NS
The minimum wage rates in Prince Edward Island and Nova Scotia are scheduled to increase on October 1, 2010 for both provinces. For more information on the rates, click on the respective link below for your province.

New CHRP Recertification Log - Jan 1, 2011
Certified Human Resources Professionals (CHRPs) are required to recertify every three years. They can recertify using one of two methods: completion of the Recertification Log or passing the National Professional Practice Assessment® (NPPA).
The current Recertification Log was introduced in 2006. A review of the Log was undertaken in 2009 and an enhanced log is being introduced effective January 1, 2011.
