 CAMP WAKONDA- Dates Still Available for JULY!
Summer will be here soon and YMCA Camp Wakonda is here to give your child a wonderful summer camp experience. With programs for kids entering 2nd - 12th grade there's something for everyone. You can sign up at the front desk of any Ozarks Regional YMCA or mail a registration form to Camp Wakonda, 22237 Lawrence 2080, Ash Grove, MO 65604.

Monett and Cassville Summer Odyssey
 Registrations have begun for another exciting summer of fun and activities with Summer Odyssey. We expect that the weeks will fill up quickly so reserve your spots now if you have not done so yet. We will be having many exciting adventures in and around the Ozarks including Silver Dollar City, Ice Blocking, Zoos, and much, much more. Don't be the one who misses out on your preferred weeks by waiting too long to sign up.

Monett Prime Time
The Prime Time After School Program is wrapping up for the 2009-2010 school year, but we look forward to another great year starting again in August. We will continue to serve the Monett Children grades K - 6 with our two sites at Monett Elementary School and at Monett Central Park School. We also will continue to bus kids from St. Lawrence and Monett Intermediate. Thank you, parents, for making the 2008-2009 school year a great success for Prime Time and your children. Aurora Prime Time
The Monett Area YMCA is excited to announce the beginning of a new partnership. This partnership is with the Aurora School District. We will begin operating our Prime Time After School program in the Pate Elementary School in Aurora beginning in August of 2010. The program will be offered to any student of Aurora grades K - 6th. Monett Silver Sneakers Luncheon:
Silver Sneakers and AOA potluck lunch open to anyone. It will be at the Monett Area YMCA on July 19th at 11:45am. Bring a friend and your favorite dish to share. Drinks, plates, and utensils will be provided.

We are now taking registrations. It's a sprint triathlon to be held at the Cassville Aquatics Center on July 10th @ 8:30am

Cassville Tumbling and Cheer Camp

Adult softball
PLAY BALL!!! Start getting your team together. Who will be the champ this year? Adult softball is starting a little bit earlier this year. The season will start the week of Aug 1st. We have 3 divisions Coed, Men and Church league. Eight game schedule with a single post season tournament for all teams. Coed play Wednesday evening, Men play Thursday evening, and Church League play Saturday evening. All games played at the City Park Ball fields. The pools are now open and free to YMCA members!
Swim Lessons: YMCA Summer swim lessons session 3 begins July 5th with the last session beginning July 19th. Lessons start at age 6 months with parent participation and up. Both daytime and evening classes are available.
Adult Aquatics: Our Adult Aquacise (water aerobics) classes are free with membership in Monett, Cassville and Pierce City! Lanes are reserved from 12pm to 1pm Mon-Fri for lap swim at Monett and Cassville pools. Monett also has lap swim from 6pm to 7pm Mon-Thur.
Pool Rentals: The YMCA is now accepting reservations for summer pool rentals. Many pool rental dates are filling up, so reserve now! 2010 Moon Cruise: Join us for this exciting evening on Tablerock Lake! Board one of 10 luxury houseboats at the Chateau Marina and cruise to D'Monaco's Resort for an elegant buffet on the beach and live entertainment from local celebrity bands. 417 Idea Home: Attention Volunteers!
Sending out a big" thank you!" for you help the past two years with tours at the fabulous 417 Idea Home!
Please mark your calendar - The next 417 Idea Home will be the first two weekends in June 2011. This home is in the Springfield area and it Is spectacular!
Please plan to come out and volunteer again! Proceeds will benefit the YMCA financial assistance program.
Over the past two years the generous folks at 417 magazine have donated $8,000 to help children and families with financial assistance. We thank 417 magazine and all our terrific volunteers who have made it possible. |

Downtown YMCA | | | The Downtown YMCA is partnering with Center City Saturdays to offer Free Inflatables on June 19 and July 17 on the Downtown Square. There will be lots of Free Family Activities that day. It will be open from 1 p.m.- 5 p.m. |
