We will discuss & use a variety of aroma-therapeutic methods (diffusion, singing bowls, mysts, baths, etc...)as well as essences & crystals to use in our daily lives for harmonic balance & self development.  We end with application of oils & stones & a personal Chakra color visualization & grounding session    6-9pm  Montclair, NJ
