Hope you are all safe, happy & healthy. I hear winter has finally arrived back home, so I am doubly blessed to be in India. I received a couple of e-mails concerning scheduled classes & workshops for February. Yes, I am having the knee surgery upon my return, but classes & workshops will go on as planned.
Today, I want to bring Lakshmi,
the Hindu goddess of wealth, prosperity, balance and equilibrium,
into your homes. Everything about this beautiful Goddess is Sacred!
She is "mata" (mother) to her devotees, who worship Her daily. Statues usually show Lakshmi serenely standing on
a gorgeous, deeply rooted, but floating, lotus blossom.
Lakshmi embodies balance between the physical and spirit-filled worlds; between material abundance and spiritual gifts. The statement says it best... "She teaches that worldly wealth without a loving heart is just another form of poverty".
My India journey continues...more on that later... oh, just found out that 1,000 people will be attending the wedding!!!

 Chakra Awakening with Essences, Oils & Stones
In this workshop we will delve into each of the 7 major Chakra points, their individual characteristics, the importance of keeping each open and healthy,effective ways to balance and enhance each center as well as our aura and the importance of ritual in our daily lives. Through gently accessing and "speaking" to the Chakras, we foster integration and wholeness within ourselves and others.
Discover how different essential oils resonate with the aspects of a specific Chakra. We will discuss and view a variety of aroma-therapeutic methods (diffusion, singing bowls, candles, mists, baths, etc...)as well as essences and crystals to use in our daily lives for harmonic balance and self development.
We end with application of oils, placement of stones & a personal
Chakra color visualization and grounding session.
