Aromatherapy 101: The Basics & The Magic
Join Debbi for an enlightening 2 days learning about the distilled essences of the world's sacred plants: Essential Oils. You will experience pure eo's & leave inspired to infuse the extraordinary power of aromatherapy into nearly every facet of your life. The Ritual Bath
Since ancient times, people have engaged in spiritual bathing-a soothing and restorative practice that rejuvenates the body, mind, and soul. The sacred spiritual bath always included water, prayer and flowers & plants. In this workshop you will begin with a traditional "plant brushing" using the sacred marigold flower and discuss easy recipes to create bathing rituals in your home. Each participant will make their own ritual bath with the sacred ingredients including Dead Sea salts, flower essences, gem essences, essential oils and of course lots of fresh herbs & flowers

The Chakras, Meditation & Yoga
In this workshop we will discuss major Chakra points in the body & effective ways to use Aromatherapy & Crystals to balance, & open them. New to this popular class is a discussion & balancing of the 8th Chakra, The Universal Heart-Divine Love & yoga poses for each chakra point. We will end with application of oils, stones & a � hour meditation in Savasana position (lying on mat) Must reserve your spot. Mats available if needed.
