Spring Greetings!!
Before getting to the melange of news & tidbits that encompass my newsletter, I'd like you to know that a special edition will be sent out on April 22nd in honor of Earth Day. This is a great time for all those new ideas you have been manifesting, little seeds that if watered & cared for will definitely start sprouting.

Astrology & The Moon
I am a triple Libra. When triple (sun, moon & ascending all the same), the energy of the sign is incredibly strong, & both the positives & the negatives of the sign come through more intensely. That full moon in Libra last month was both a blessing & a curse- the urge to make things beautiful at all cost (the Libra in me) sent me outside to start planning a gorgeous backyard. But of course I could not make up my mind. That old Libra indecisiveness struck again.
This months' full moon falls on April 20th, 2 days before Earth day (& thankfully not in Libra). Sign of Scorpio prevails here, people. Can we all agree that this will be a most passionate full moon??? Time for dancin' in the moonlight!!  Mothers Day
I have been dedicated to the goddess Yemaya for more years than I can remember. Yemaya is the Great Mother, the nurturer of us all, rocking her children in the cradle of her oceans-her womb. She epitomizes mother love, fertility, children, birthing, home & family. Yemaya represents water, our most essential life giving element. Seven is her number corresponding to the seven manifestations & the seven seas. The Orisha possesses great beauty & it is said that the stars are her hair, the crescent moon is by her side & the seas are her skirts. Her arms are outstretched & from her hands fall twinkling golden stars while over her head a 5 pointed star sits.
Her name is a version of Yeyé Omo Eja, which means "Mother Whose Children are the Fish" to reflect the fact that her children are uncountable.
To my Mother & all the Mothers out there a very Happy Mothers Day!!!
