Development partner selected & agreements signed
In June, CAMT selected UP Properties-- a national company with Denver offices-- as their development partner for the ACE (Aerospace and Clean Energy) Manufacturing and Innovation Park. An agreement was also signed with the City of Loveland to begin due diligence and negotiations to purchase the former Agilent campus in Loveland.

The ACE Park is a central component of a state-wide economic development initiative led by CAMT in collaboration with many partners to promote an innovation economy, global competitiveness and job growth. The goal of the ACE Park is to accelerate the commercialization and market introduction of new products, as well as provide a collaborative environment for growing companies.
The planned park will be a multi-tenant campus with shared support services that can house more than 70 companies focused on scaling up manufacturing of aerospace and clean energy technology products. The Park's centerpiece will be shared services space that will house an advanced manufacturing lab and provide space for suppliers collaborating on design. Other features will include an on-site NASA Innovation Ambassador, workforce training and education and other resources.
