CAMT 2010 Impact

CAMT Clients Reported $62.4 Million in Financial Impact

Each year, CAMT works with manufacturing companies across the state to encourage competitiveness in the global market, revenue growth and new jobs for Colorado.

In 2010, CAMT completed 142 projects with 56 companies. Projects ranged from continuous improvement and quality projects to product development and exporting services. Additionally, over 450 individuals attended CAMT events and public seminars.

Each quarter, CAMT clients are surveyed by a third party contractor to evaluate the true impact of CAMT's work. CAMT clients reported over $62.4M in financial impact due to CAMT projects in 2010.

Highlights from the 2010 survey results include:

  • $11.8M in Increased Sales
  • $16.3M in Retained Sales
  • $4.5M in Cost Savings
  • 70 new jobs and 140 retained jobs

"There is no doubt that the techniques learned from CAMT contributed to being able to weather the economic downturn. CAMT has been professional, courteous, and second to none in their expertise, flexibility and willingness to help wherever possible." - Kellen Squires, Northwest Pipe Co.
