Annaliese Morell, Chef Jason's 7-year-old daughter, is following in her father's footsteps, and those roasted potatoes or strawberries you have next time you're in just may have been cut by her. She often cuts potatoes, carrots, strawberries, and more as the chefs prep for the day and/or night. She has excellent knife skills!
