    New! Creative Writing Class: Starts July 06
    Open the door to your own unique voice and vision! Whether you are working on a current project, want to start your first story or poem, or are experiencing writer's block, this course is for anyone who enjoys writing. Through journaling, freewriting, in-class and take-home writing exercises, and sharing your work with your classmates, you will join a community of writers, explore and find new topics to write about, and get the creative juices flowing to stretch yourself as a writer. Tap into your own creativity in a supportive environment. Genres include fiction, poetry, and creative non-fiction.

    Call for Stories: Ghost Stories
    "Tales from the South," featuring true stories told by the people who lived them, is now open for submissions for our October show. We are looking for ghost stories, scary events, or close encounters. Stories must be true and can be serious or funny (or both). See below for full submission guidelines.

    Submission deadline is August 1. Email in the body of the email (no attachments) to Paula Morell.
