Painter Jim Jolly
Jim Jolly is a local musician, song writer, jeweler and artist. He has played guitar in local bands in the Little Rock area for many years. Jim began painting in 2004. Working from his home in Park Hill, his medium is primarily oils and acrylics on canvas. "I need to laugh, and when the sun is out, I've got something I can laugh about." A line from an old Beatle's song quickly sums up what I am about as an artist and as a man. Humor is medicine to me and a powerful weapon / shield against all manner of darkness. Singer/Songwriter Lyle Dudley
Lyle Dudley has been playing in Arkansas and Flordia since the 80s. He has played back up for Styx, Fanny and Foghat with his band. Lyle Dudley has played as a solo artist for years and as a duo called "Dudley and Fields" as well as "Lyle and Rick." He and Rick still play as a duo and also have a band featuring James Hill on lead guitar. Lyle Dudley plays all your favorite tunes as well as his own originals. It's back! We are in the middle of taking entries for our drawing for Dinner for Two. Enter each time you come in and eat with us, and enter as many times as you'd like.

Whether you are working on a current project, want to start your first story or poem, or are experiencing writer's block, this course is for anyone who enjoys writing. Through journaling, freewriting, in-class and take-home writing exercises, and sharing your work with your classmates, you will join a community of writers, explore and find new topics to write about, and get the creative juices flowing to stretch yourself as a writer. Tap into your own creativity in a supportive environment. Genres include fiction, poetry, and creative non-fiction.
