Tickets Still Available for Hunks In Trunks
Featuring an all-male swimsuit
fashion show and auction to benefit Baltimore
Pride 2007, this event should not be missed.
The fashion show this year includes the
beautiful male models from Robert Mercer's
Ripped Genes calendar. The hostess for the
evening will be the diva-licious Josie
Foster, who will be keeping the models, and
everyone else, on their toes.
To make the event even more memorable, the
swimsuits worn by the models will be
auctioned off to the audience throughout the
night, after which some of the models will be
staying to mingle with the audience.
If you just have to take home a souvenir of
the evening and you get outbid on the
swimsuit you were eying, don't worry, the
Ripped Genes calendars will be available for
sale at the event.
Monday May 21st at 8pm
at Red
Maple
930 North Charles Street

New Gay and Lesbian Survey
|
|
Tremendous strides toward full equality have
been achieved by our communities over the
past decade. Gay and lesbian survey studies
have opened doors (and minds) in leading
corporations and organizations. They have
recognized the value of their GLBT employees
by establishing equal hiring practices and
domestic partner benefits. This has lead to
sweeping changes in political and social
inclusiveness. Demographic reports also
influence marketing investment. Virtually
absent until recently, we now see a growing
variety of products and services represented
in gay media: Celebrating our diversity, and
keeping our community-based publications and
websites in business! Beyond advertising,
these companies also support us in other
ways, such as sponsorship of community events
and funding local charities. Participating in
this annual study helps us demonstrate the
GLBT community's growing power, and
influences positive changes.
Community Marketing, Inc., a proudly
gay-owned, independent market research
company based in San Francisco, is inviting
you to participate in the largest GLBT
Community Survey ever conducted. By
completing the survey, you can help
demonstrate the growing Power in Our Pride!
Your answers are completely confidential, and
will not be used for any direct marketing or
solicitation.
Everyone who completes the survey by May 15,
2007 will be entered into a drawing to win
one of FOUR free airline tickets to/from any
of the participating airline's destinations
in the 48 continental U.S. states, Canada,
Mexico and the Caribbean. Some restrictions
apply.

Thank you
for your participation.

Center Honored by State
|
|
On April 17, 2007, the Center received a
special honor for its 30th Anniversary at
this year's Governor's Volunteer Service
Awards ceremony.
The award, an engraved pewter plate, was
presented by Lt. Governor Anthony G. Brown to
the Center's executive director, Craig Wiley.
"The Center began as an all-volunteer
organization, and 30 years later it still
relies on the commitment of many volunteers
to achieve all that it does in the community.
We wouldn't be here today without them." said
Mr. Wiley.
We agree. Our deepest thanks to everyone who
has devoted their time and energy to the Center!
