GLCCB Introduces New Membership Program
|
|
This fall, the Center will unveil a new membership
program that will reward supporters with benefits
tailored to their level of giving. This campaign
will kick off as part of the Center's annual appeal
mailing in November.
Memberships start at $35, with additional benfits at
each level ranging from discounts at local
merchants, computer classes, to professional
services like estate or financial consultations.
Members will receive a card from the Center valid
for one year which can be presented to the business
to show they are a Center Member.
The Center is partnering with businesses and
professionals that work with(in) the GLBT community
to secure these benefits as a way of saying "thank
you" to its supporters. Not only will contributors
be sustaining one of the oldest GLBT community
centers in country, but at the same time they will
have the opportunity to connect with businesses that
are affirming.
New benefits will be added ongoingly, and there is a
membership level to fit almost every budget. Watch
your mailbox in the coming weeks. To receive
information on the various levels offered and their
associated benefits, or if you have a business and
would like to participate in the program, contact
the Center at (410) 837-5445 x 16.
