Congratulations to the Philadelphia Phillies for winning the World Series. It was a great championship with superb play by both sides. This is the first time in history of the World Series that a game was called due to rain. Also the first game that took three days to play.
This week we have a new President Elect. This is a momentous time in the history of the US and while not everyone is happy about the outcome, it's the will of the people. That's what democracy is all about. It's been a long 21 months for all of us and now in the spirit of Thanksgiving, lets hope that both sides of the aisle can come together and put an end to the financial mess we find ourselves in. One bright spot for RVers is the price of fuel keeps dropping. Today I saw desel at $2.99 and gas at $2.49 which is a welcome relief.
Not many of you know this, but in my former life I was in the insurance industry for 30 years and as a result have been exposed to all types of management teams in companies, their training etc. This last week I spent three days at a SkyMed training session and came away really impressed. I have always been impressed with their product and now I know that the people that stand bhind the product are equally impressive. Every person I met in their head office was of the highest caliber and the integrity and approach to doing business is second to none. What a great team of people.
Judy is just returning today from a trip to Canada where she visited our daughter and granddaughters. They love it when Grandma comes to town. Kaitlyn our six year old, was tattling on her younger sister for "hogging Grandma". Grand kids can't help but bring a smile to your face.
For those of you who have been readers for the past few years you may have been waiting for our annual Thanksgiving Sale, where we say "Thanks" to all of you who have supported us and helped our business grow. For the month of November just type "Thanks" into the discount code box and you will get a 10% discount on your purchases. Make sure you pass this along to your RVing friends.
It's a great time to do some Xmas shopping for your RVing family and friends. Thanks for reading and most of all thank you for your patronage. We really appreciate and value your business.

Looking to make money while you are RVing? If you are looking for a way to make money while you are travelling down the road, perhaps you should look at becoming a road team with Coil n' Wrap. We have superior products and provide great support for our road teams. Being in business for yourself has a lot of benefits. You can write off your fuel costs, maintenance and many things that are paid out of after tax income. In order to be a road team you really need to have a Class A motorhome with a full basement and a tow vehicle that is capable of carrying products.
It takes about a $6000 initial investment for a credit card machine, booth
supplies and inventory for your first show. Having been in business for
yourself in the past is a huge asset. Also, basic computer knowledge of how to
use email, Word and Excel is definitely helpful as we conduct business with our
road teams using those three programs. If you are interested in learning more, please contact Ken Wilton at 623-544-3436.

NEW PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENT THE INSTAHANGER
We have taken great pride over the years in finding unique products that can make the RVers life, safer easier and or less frustrating. This new product certainly fits the bill and will also be a great addition into most every home or RV.
I have watched my wife for years do the laundry and ironing and look for a place to hang up clothes while she is doing it. Sometimes it's hanging on a doorknob, or hung on the refrigerator door, or on top of an open door or draped over a chair. This new product provides an instant place to hang up your clothes. I can see one of these in the bedroom closet so when you are planning on leave on a trip, you can accumulate the clothes you want. The picture to the left shows the InstaHanger on a wall in my RV. It measures 18" by 3" and will hold 50 pounds when secured to the wall. For those of you that don't want to screw anything to the wall of your rig, you can use our Super High Temp Hook & Loop as I did.

The pictures above show the Insta Hanger opened and with clothes hung on it. Before we became full timers I could see three of these in my home and one or two in the rig. In the house I would have had one in the laundry room so Judy could hang clothes up as they came out of the drier. One in the kitchen where she did her ironing while watching TV and a third one in the master bedroom closet. We were always taking clothes either out to the rig or back into the house. This would have been an invaluable aid for that transition. This is going to be a fabulous gift for many people. Everyone has this problem. You are not alone. The Insta Hanger is unobtrusive and yet an attractive adornment. It is made of wood with a stainless steel rod to hang your clothes on. It is also available in white plastic. A new wood version will have a place to put photos.
I used our High Temperature Hook & Loop to attach the InstaHanger to the wall. I used a piece across the top and two 6" pieces down each side as well as some on each side at the bottom. Don't forget that when you use hook & loop, you need to attach it to the wall, put it on the InstaHanger and DON'T INTRODUCE THEM TO EACH OTHER FOR 24 HOURS. If you do it any sooner, it will not hold as the adhesive hasn't had a chance to set. You need more at the top because of the stress of the clothes hanging on it. I hung 15 shirts and 3 pairs of pants on the rod and it held up fine. It does come with screws and wall anchors to mount it to the wall and this will work for some but not all RVers. The manufacturer shows using this on the outside of an RV as well. I would use the plastic version if I was to do that and would still use the hook & loop so I could remove the hanger between uses.

Dog Bone Adapters - New Product
Six years ago we came out with the PLUG DOGS which many of you have used with great success. There are millions of plugs out there that are in great shape and don't need to be replaced. That's where the PLUG DOG comes in. It's a handle for your plug.
Over time, plugs do breakdown and need to be replaced. When it's time to do that you may want to consider these plugs that have handles alre ady attached and these ones will fold up flat against the plug so they don't take up a lot of room. Also you can close the electrical receptacle cover, something you can't do with the other yellow handled plugs on the market. (Did you notice they are available in Coil n' Wrap Colors? GRIN)
They are available in 30A male to 50 female as well as 50A male to 30A female (
this size often needed by 30 amp users as campgrounds upgrade to 50 Amp power
only). If your main electrical plug from your rig, or you surge protector or auto-former require handles, make sure you get PLUG DOGS to make unplugging them easier.

Battery Filling Systems
Filling batteries on a motorhome or golf cart can be a real pain. The biggest concern is filling them properly EACH and EVERY time. As careful as we are it is impossible to be as consistent as a watering system that is designed not to make mistakes. Over filling or under filling is the biggest reason that batteries die before their time. Add to that the problem of getting to the batteries, battery acid spills, holes in your clothes and just the aggravation of doing it. It all adds up to a big pain in the >>>>>>>. Our battery watering system makes it a snap and will extend the battery life dramatically. The manufacurer says it will extend the life three to five years. That will save you a lot of money. It will also reduce the aggravation for all those years as well. Click on this link to watch a video that will show how the system works. It's available in 6 and 12 volt systems and allows you to fill the batteries by simply squeezing the pump. No mistakes, no overfilling, no underfilling. Also works great for your golf cart. For golf cart information please call us with the type of batteries you have, the golf cart type and the number of batteries. Also don't forget that you can buy this on sale in November. What a great gift idea!
