In addition to the User Group, we will host a presentation of our fiduciary accounting and tax preparation services. This FREE sales presentation is open to both clients and non-clients and includes a complimentary breakfast.

This one hour breakfast event held at the New York City Bar Association will be presented on Tuesday December 13th from 8:30am to 9:30am by the ONESOURCE Trust & Estate Administration sales department. The event will introduce our fiduciary accounting, 706, 709, 1041 software and our preparation service to the trust and estate professional.

RELEASE OF 8939 FINAL FORMS AND TRAINING

ONESOURCE Trust & Estate Administration has released an update to our F8939 product that includes the final forms.

There have been significant changes to the final forms from the draft forms and we highly recommend you view the release notes of the program for further information.

**Note that the Federal 706 for 2010 must be installed in order to access the Form 8939.

1041 AND NY IT-205 E-FILING INFORMATION

Electronic Filing for Federal and New York Fiduciary returns has been mandated for 2012 when certain levels of filings are reached. ONESOURCE Trust & Estate Administration software is designed to meet the complicated demands of legal and banking professionals who work with fiduciary tax returns by keeping in compliance with the IRS mandates.

The software will include menu items to create electronic files as well as instructions to submit returns. On-line training sessions will be scheduled, once the product is deployed, to assist our users in navigating the new processes.

In anticipation of the upcoming e-file method for tax returns we have provided a link to our Electronic Filing Guide which includes links to the IRS website. It is critical that you review this material and take the necessary actions now to ensure that your company is enrolled and ready to file electronically.
