Friday's Steamers Jazz at the Catalina Country Club
The world famous Steamers Jazz Club, located in Fullerton, CA since 1994, will present a weekly jazz series every Friday evening under the stars at the Catalina Country Club beginning May 27 - September 30. Each event will showcase Grammy Award winning straight-ahead and Latin jazz artists.
$10 per person entertainment charge will be added to your dinner tab.

Considered one of the most important Jazz pianists on the current music scene, Venezuelan born Otmaro Ruiz is known for his versatility and virtuosity. The list of re- -known musicians with whom Otmaro has worked with include: Alex Acuņa; Justo Almario; Abraham Laboriel; John McLaughlin; Tito Puente; Arturo Sandoval; John Patitucci; Paquito D'Rivera; Dori Caymmi; Frank Gambale; Peter Erskine; Dave Weck; l Charlie Haden Liberation Music Orchestra ; Robben Ford, Vinnie Colaiuta; Marcus Miller and Jon Anderson. Otmaro participated in the recording project of Dianne Reeves CD "In The Moment - Live in Concert", which won the Grammy Award in 2001.
