 Welcome Back, Irish! Legends here, coming at you with this year's first edition of "The Beat"!
Usually this spot is filled with something clever...but this once we're going to get rid of some obligatory info. Britney Spears...whoa, honey. Each week we'll rock your inboxes with show information, free music, promotions, nightclub schedules and quite a few other little goodies. 0-2...really?! You'll want to pay attention because we bring you the BEST entertainment in the country EVERY Thursday, Friday & Saturday (don't believe us...check out our Past Performers). Yes, yes...Plain White T's really are coming. Also, we give you free stuff -- for starters, EVERY event here is FREE. Don't confuse free with lame though -- disappointment is not an option here. Vote Moreau`08! Finally, we're open to students of all ages -- bring your ID...and if you're going to drink, bring THAT ID too.

 Student Stand-Up & Humor Artists Improv Comedy
Thursday, September 13 @ 10pm
Catch these class clowns as they take our stage and strut their stuff. Armed with only a mic, the Student Stand-Up Comedians will hurl their jokes at you -- you'll catch most of them, we promise. Then the Humor Artists will take the stage in all their improv glory. Think "Whose Line is it Anyway?" and "Second City...you're getting close. Come out and laugh at - or with your friends!

 What Else Happens on Thursdays?
Glad you asked... Thursdays are hoppin' each week at Legends. Starting at 9PM we have our Live Team Trivia in the restaurant -- bring your friends, cheer loud, listen to good tunes, answer some trivia and win some prizes.
Also starting at 9PM is our brand new, late night menu. This is cheap, good & plentiful food - designed by students for students.
Finally, we dub Thursdays SENIOR NIGHTS! Seniors come on out and enjoy our $2 Drink Specials -- that's $2 Wells, Domestic Pints & Margaritas all night long...NO COVER. It's our little way of saying we love you. |
